With a panoramic view over the bay and beach, this bar welcomes the whole family during the day in a relaxed atmosphere; lounge atmosphere in the evening under the stars.

Swimming pool bar

In the centre of the Resort, this functional bar has a large terrace alongside the swimming pool, which it overlooks. The perfect place to relax with a cocktail at the end of the day.

Lift, passing, slice... Discover all the subtleties of tennis with high-level instructors and top-of-the-range equipment. Our Academys teaching comes courtesy of Serge Autexier, physical trainer and technical coach to top-level players, and Thierry Champion, international coach and former Davis Cup player. The supervision at the Tennis Academy is designed to satisfy even the most demanding requirements.

Mini Club Med: creativity and energy for 4 to 10 years - Juniors' Club Med: independence and party spirit for 11 to 17 years. From 4 to 10 years, the children have a thirst for everything, Mini Club Med has planned everything to meet these needs. Juniors' Club Med is a way for young people from 11 to 17 years to meet friends, take part in their favourite activities and join in the Club Med Village life.

Mini Club Med® (4 to 10 years) Included in your package

Creativity and energy. At this age, children want to do it all... The Mini Club Med® has thought of everything to satisfy their endless thirst for discovery. Activities include sport, fun and creative activities. Children are divided into sub-groups according to their age. Open from 9am to 9pm with a one hour shower break before dinner.

Juniors' Club Med® (11 to 17 years) Included in your package

This is a Club Med classic for teenagers, who are divided into two age groups.. For teenagers, independence and party spirit. At Club Med, everything's available, nothing's imposed. Freedom with exclusivity: they'll just love the mood. Juniors' Club Med® allows teenagers to get together to take part in their favourite activities and join in the life of the Resort. Offered only during school holidays, six days a week. Service is included in package price.

Discovery

The Discovery Centre offers a variety of excursions to discover the country. The program of the excursions and the prices are given for information only. Prices can change during the season according to the current rate of the country. Excursions have to be paid on the premises with local currency. Aïtone natural swimming pool (1/2 day)

Transfer to the start of the path to the Aïtone forest, which leads to the swimming pool and natural waterfall. The forest is famous for its laricio or Corsican pines, which can reach 40 metres in height and live several hundred years. Free time for a walk to the swimming pool and a swim. For your information

Bonifacio (1 day)

Visit to the picturesque island capital, perched spectacularly on high limestone cliffs. A UNESCO world heritage site. Optional boat trip at the foot of the cliffs (not included). Lunch (not included). For your information

The Calanche of Piana-Porto (1/2 day)

Climate

The Corsican climate is Mediterranean. Average year-round temperatre is 12°C (53°F) from North to South. The minimum average rarely goes below zero in winter while the average maximum can reach 18° (64°F) on the coast, nevertheless nights can be a bit chilly especially during the spring season. In the middle of summer, the coast has seen temperatures as high as 23° (73°F) to 26°C (79°F), at the same time at 1000 m (3280ft) of altitude temps can range from 8°C to 26°C (46°F to 79°F). The winds which come from the four corners of the world and carry the names of the Orient: "Libecciu," "Mistral," "Tramontane," "Levante," "Sirocco," and "Grecale" - drift over the island in a normally pleasant way but can, from time to time, roar in wild gales.

Village Information

"Enjoy your passion for sports" Resort

Enjoy your Passion for Sports Resort. The Cargèse Resort is located north of Ajaccio on the west coast of Corsica, overlooking the clear waters of a sheltered cove in the Gulf of Sagone. Clinging tightly to the mountainside, it looks down on the large sandy beach of Chiuni. Its bungalows are sprinkled like confetti over 13 hectares of scrubland in an area packed with Corsican wildlife. The sloping Village provides a wide variety of land and water sports for both adults and children. A permanent invitation to enjoy an energetic break in a beautifully wild setting.

Beach

The large public beach at Chiuni, around 700 yards long, gives onto a huge bay. The part used by the Club Med (around 220 yards) is equipped with showers, deckchairs and sunshades.
