BABY CORNER special service

This Baby Zone, in the Resorts general buffet restaurant, has sweet and savoury baby foods and all the equipment necessary for preparing your babys meals.

Stop at the Petronas Towers, the second highest building in the world. Free time for shopping to round off the day. Transfer to the airport. Climate

The tropical climate is uniformly hot and wet all the year. The best period to go to Malaysia is from the beginning of June to the end of September. It is the least rainy season and the sunniest on the East coast where Cherating is located. The North-East monsoon (winter monsoon) prevails from November to February and brings persisting rains on the East coast of the Peninsula (and in the coastal areas of Sabah and Sarawak).The sea is always very hot, between 28 (82.4°F) and 29° (84.2°F) all the year. In summer, there is little wind and important tides.

"Feel renewed" Resort

Feel Renewed Resort. Cherating Beach seems to be perched on the east coast of Malaysia like a tropical Garden of Eden by a jade-coloured sea. The pace of life in this 80-hectare Resort, complete with bungalows on stilts nestling amid lush vegetation, is set by the comings and goings of the macaque monkeys, gibbons, monitor lizards, rare birds and multicoloured butterflies. Beach

The Resort stretches over 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) of fine sandy coastline along the South China Sea, with 3 different beaches:

The main beach, running for one kilometre (0.6 miles) close to the centre of the Resort, has deckchairs and showers.

Pantai Beach, opposite the speciality restaurant, a pleasant beach of golden sands, 400 yards long, surrounded by rocks. Can be reached on foot via a paved path through the jungle (around 10 mins) or by a little shuttle train (around 5 mins). The beach has deckchairs and showers.

And a 200-yard stretch of golden sand on which the Club’s water sports activities take place (sailing and kayak). Same access as for Pantai Beach.

Parks and Gardens

With its luxuriant vegetation, macaques, gibbons, monitor lizards, rare birds and multi-coloured butterflies are all at home in these tropical gardens.
