Located close to the swimming pool, this restaurant welcomes you in the shade of a huge marquee and bamboo screens. Try the selection of international dishes served at the buffet. Parents can use the Baby Zone to prepare meals for their little ones. Smoking permitted on the terrace.Try Tunisian cuisine You can savour a variety of local dishes and specialities: On Tuesdays the chef and his team prepare a special dinner with a whole range of Tunisian specialities. Cap Bon Peninsula (1 day)

The capital of Tunisian ceramics, discover Nabeul during its weekly market and then visit the fishing village of Kelibia and its 12th century fortress. Enjoy local cuisine (fish is the speciality) in a seaside restaurant opposite Cap Bon. Time for relaxing on the beach, before visiting Kerkouane, the only surviving example of a totally Carthaginian city. For your information:

Recommended by our Excursions desk. Carthage**, associated with Hannibal and founded by the Phoenicians, has some dramatically impressive ruins. Visit the Tophet sanctuary, the Roman villas and the sumptuous ruins of the Antonin Baths. Youll have some free time to stroll through the streets of the Andalusian village of Sidi Bou Said, a captivating combination of simplicity and sophistication which dominates the Gulf of Tunis from the top of its hill. **UNESCO World Heritage site For your information:

Desert and oasis in a 4x4 (1/2 day)

Recommended by the Excursions desk. A real desert experience over two days, with a nights camping. Youll admire the Roman coliseum of El Jem and the troglodyte village of Matmata, where Star Wars was filmed. In the afternoon, youll discover the Grand Erg Oriental near Zaafrane and take a sunset camel ride. Youll spend the night in Bedouin tents under the starry desert sky. The next day, youll cross the Chott El Jérid, an immense salt desert, to reach the mountain oases of Chébika and Tamerza. Youll end this fascinating visit at the medina in Kairouan. Kairouan (1/2 day)

North Africas largest Muslim city, visit the Great Mosque, one of the largest in the world, and one of the citys most prized monuments: the mausoleum of Sidi Sahbi, known as "the barbers mausoleum". Mini Cruise (1/2 day)

On board a pirate ship or catamaran, discover the Gulf of Hammamet in an original manner and sail along the coast to the Bay of Hammamet where the dolphins may be there to greet you. Sousse and Port El Kantaoui (1/2 day)

Founded by the Phoenicians, Sousse** is a historical and modern city full of contrasts. Discover the medina, with its high walls facing the sea, the souks, alleys and monuments. Stroll through the resort of Port El Kantaoui, Tunisian in style and Arab-Andalusian in inspiration, which proudly bears its nickname of first garden port in the Mediterranean. ** A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover the impressive remains of Carthage**, with its three thousand years of history. After lunch in a restaurant with Arabo-Andalusian style architecture, wander through the labyrinth of Tuniss Medina. Transfer from Tunis airport to the Resort takes around 1 hour.
