This Resort has "Table Coup de Coeur" status, awarded to the Club Meds best restaurants. Our chef and his team offer top quality service, a memorable gastronomic experience and a feast for the eyes.

La Belle Créole

Awarded "Table Coup de Coeur" status. This elegant restaurant resembles a large colonial house. A wide variety of international dishes is served at the buffet at all mealtimes. There is a Baby Zone where parents can prepare meals for their babies. The restaurant terrace is a smoking area.

Le Paul et Virginie

Awarded "Table Coup de Coeur" status. This restaurant is in an idyllic setting, a few yards from the beach. In the shade of a palm tree, it offers a daytime service of late breakfast and lunch. In the evenings, enjoy waiter service in an atmosphere of quiet refinement. Evening meals must be booked in advance at Reception. This is a non-smoking area.

BABY CORNER special service

This baby corner, located in the Village main restaurant, offers meals adapted to little ones (sweet and savoury little jars with the required utensils for the meal preparation).

A heavenly environment looking out over the ocean, open all day. When the discotheque opens in the evening, the bar takes on a new life and offers you a wide range of cocktails to sip under the stars.

Educational activities, walks and a refreshing siesta before playing outdoor games. And of course, the all-important teatime. Open 24h a day, parents can find there all the utensils necesssary for preparing baby meals: mixer, steriliser (available only by request), microwave, fridge, bottle warming facilities (automatically put in the room of G.M.® who booked a Baby Club Med® or a Club Med Baby Welcome® service), and complementary ingredients such as mineral water, fruit, long-life whole and semi-skimmed milk (mother's milk is not available).

We’ve done everything in our power to ensure the comfort and well-being of parents and babies. Personal welcome, baby-care material available in your room and/or in the baby care room (cot, changing mat, baby bath, high chair on request, bottle-warmer), sweet and savoury baby foods, Baby Zone equipped to prepare babies' meals, high chairs and/or booster cushions in the restaurant. Spare pushchairs are also available if required.

The playgrounds independent of the children's club facilities are open to children accompanied by their parents.

Colours of Mauritius (1 day)

Recommended by our Excursions desk. The best way to discover the magic and culture of Mauritius. You will visit the colonial house, Eureka and admire the magnificent view from the "Trou aux Cerfs" volcano. Discover an Anthurium plantation and the lake and holy temples of "Grand Bassin". Typical lunch in an idyllic setting. End the day with the pearl of the islands natural wonders, the Cascade de Chamarel and its 7 colours of soil.

Deer Island and the Blue Bay marine park (1 day)

Explore the Grande Rivière Sud Est Falls in a motorboat. Sail out on a catamaran to Eau Bleue, where youll dive to admire the magnificent coral. Taste sea urchins and dine on board (crayfish, seafood kebabs, grilled fish...) while listening to local music. Finally, enjoy some free time on LIle aux Cerfs with its paradisiac lagoons, before getting the bus back to Trou dEau Douce.

Dive in a submarine (à la carte)

Unique in the whole of the Indian Ocean, ride In a real submarine, in complete safety! A rare and unforgettable experience.

Ile aux Benitiers (1 day)

Sail out on a yacht to discover the South coast; swimming, snorkelling and crayfish lunch on board. If youre lucky youll spot the dolphins in the Bay of Tamarin.

Minibus (à la carte)

Discover the island of Mauritius at your own pace, with friends or family, in an air-conditioned minibus with driver.

Port Louis by boat (1/2 day)

A delightful boat trip along the coast. Discover the covered market at Port Louis, visit and shopping on the sea front.

Port Louis by bus (1/ day)

Visit the Pamplemousse botanical gardens with their hundred-year-old trees and rare plant species, before returning to the capital, Port Louis.

Private yacht with skipper (à la carte)

A magnificent trip in a splendid sailing boat. Sail down the coast or out to explore the islands of the north, as you prefer. Grilled crayfish and champagne can be provided on request.

Quad safari: Casella protected animal reserve (a la carte)

Make full use of your day: go on safari on 400 cc quad bikes into the bush, weaving in and out of deer, zebra and ostriches, finishing with lunch in the mythical restaurant in the Hotel LABOURDONNAIS in Port Louis. The second part of the day will be devoted entirely to shopping in the islands capital. An excellent combination of sport and leisure (the days schedule may be reversed).

Sunset cruise

On board the Harris Wilson catamaran, see the sunset over the Indian Ocean, with background music, punch and snacks on board, a magical moment!

The Northern Isles BY Catamaran (1 day)

Recommended by our Excursions desk Sail aboard a luxury 18-metre (60 ft) Harris Wilson catamaran to the Northern isles (Gabriel or Plate) and discover wild beaches, turquoise waters and multi-coloured fish. Sun-bathing, snorkelling, grilled fish on board and a taste of rum.

The Tea Route (1 day)

The Bois Chéri tea plantation, with its factory, museum and tea tasting (6 flavours) is an absolute must. The Vanilla Crocodile park with its giant tortoises, crocs, iguanas and a wonderful collection of butterflies from around the world. Lunch at Domaine St Aubin, a vanilla plantation and distillery

The Resort

“Have a taste of everying” Resort. In the heart of the Indian Ocean, the island of Mauritius is the epitome of beauty. Flanked by a long white beach, the entirely renovated Resort provides an idyllic setting for families to share special moments and live out their dreams. Welcoming and comfortable, the bungalows are decorated in an elegant and contemporary spirit. During the day, children can let off steam with their G.O®s in a new space dedicated to the wonders of the Indian Ocean. In the meantime, parents can make the most of their freedom by soaking up the peace and tranquillity of the Massage Area* or playing their favourite sport.

The Beach

Two magnificent beaches to choose from:

The main beach is a vast 900 yard stretch of fine white coral sand with a defined bathing area. Beach equipped with deckchairs, parasols and showers.

The other beach is farther from the centre of the Resort. 180 yards long, the beach is equipped with deckchairs and parasols. Both are public beaches.

Parks and Gardens

Gardens consisting essentially of palm trees, royal poinciana and frangipani, with charming ornamental ponds.
