Excursions
The Discovery Centre offers a variety of excursions to discover the country. The program of the excursions and the prices are given for information only. Prices can change during the season according to the current rate of the country. Excursions have to be paid on the premises with local currency.
- Agadir (1/2 day) Panoramic view from the old Kasbah, visit to the port and traditional Berber artwork museum followed by a trip to the big souk.
- Assaka, by jeep (1day) Bananna groves, oases, sand dunes in the "Little Sahara" as a perfect illustration of the wealth and variety of landscapes of Souss Massa. Meet the Berber people and their culture. Stop at Tiznit, the capital of silver jewellery.
- Berber country by jeep (1 day) Day of wonder in a 4X4 off the beaten track. Discover the scenery of the High Atlas on off-road trails to the Hotel Cascades in Imouzzer with a splendid view of the mountains and the cool valley of Ida or Tanane.
- Essaouira (1 day) Formerly known as Mogador, one of the most captivating cities on the Atlantic coast. A white town with blue shutters, renowned for its artists and craftsmen, for its mosaics and its souks.
- Marrakesh (1 day) An imperial city unlike any other in the world. Its Medina, its monuments: the El Badii (or Bahia) Palace, the Saddian Tombs, Medersa Ben Youssef, its souks and its famous Djemâa El Fna square, a UNESCO-listed site.
- Tafraout (1 day)
Discover the landscape of the anti-Atlas, Ammeln Valley or the Valley of Reflection, the exceptional site of Tafraout, fortified villages clinging to the mountainside.

Crossing the agricultural plain of Souss to the oasis of Tiout situated at the foot of the anti-Atlas.
